On March 31, 2022 Cameo Kraft, Amy Hart, and I decided to create an online curation of Jack White and Third Man-inspired works created by fans, artists, and musicians. We had no clue what we were in for in terms of the amount of work it takes to keep it going which entails the constant search for art, research for posts, personalized contact with each and every artist we feature, contests, tactical planning for merch distribution, and even our first Nomadic Traveling Artshow. Our payoff for all of that is we get the honor of sharing art, music, and beauty created by the amazing talent we would encounter each and every day, not to mention, the incredible friendships we have developed all along the way.
Sometimes you just get in there and force yourself to work, and maybe something good will come out, ya know? Deadlines and things make you creative. Opportunity and telling yourself you have all the time in the world, all the money in the world, all the colors in the palette, anything you want-that just kills creativity.
